Customer Feedback
All new Cell Care clients are provided with the opportunity to provide feedback via our survey. This generates valuable insights for our continuous improvement of processes and services.
In particular, our Overall Experience Measure is an important gauge of our success in delivering excellent customer value, and in maintaining our commitment to the highest quality service.
Pregnancy and birth can be an unpredictable process; as a result, the collection process can vary. Given this inherent variability can impact how we deliver our service, we are very proud to consistently sustain such a very high rating in customer satisfaction.41
